Abstract

Islam is the religion of welfare of every living creature. In the list of all creatures, the human being possess an extraordinary position and prestige. It is a fact that all except him have been created for his service and comfort. This message has been transformed by the Creator, Allah almighty. Islam gives priority to human life to be full of peace, joy and comfort. It does not allow an individual nor a system to disturb the peace and happiness of human life. In our daily life, we come across many factors that are responsible of bringing the imbalance in human life. Some of them are related to social life and others are associated with economic sector. Islam has forbidden to use the illegal means for earning. It has banned the usury, bribery, adulteration and all other sources of corruption. To make its economy free from all these malpractices, it presents an alternate due and practicable moral and legal guideline. There are some factors that are involve in creating the imbalance in market values. These include Hoarding, Fetching the items in ways from the dealers and the fixation of Price. This article deals with these factors in detail. Moreover, it will explore the position of exercising the discretionary powers in light of Sharia.
