Abstract
For a strong and stable state, the most important institute is the Judicature (Administration of Justice).If this institute is based on justice, there will prevail justice in every nook and cranny of that state and if this institute is not based on pure justice then the system of the state will be weak and very miserable. Before the Holy Prophet (SAW), the system of that state was out of track because of the fact that there was complete injustice. Along with Prophet Hood, Allah granted the Holy Prophet (SAW) the best system of Administration of Justice which was totally different from black spotted institute of Administration of Justice of that time. This Divine system of Administration of Justice excelled all the in vogue systems of Administration of Justice of that time in a short span of time. This research offers a comparative evaluation between Administration of Justice of Islam and that of Ignorance.
