Abstract
Islamic jurisprudence requires objectives of Sharia and the basic principles of Need and Necessity (zaroorat and hajat). There is no doubt that Sharia position of Need and Necessity is acknowledged in the views of the scholars of fiqh and its principles. It is because several Quranic arguments and references from the Sunnah are valid and available for its response. But the matter of special focus is whether the Need and Necessity can be a foundation for every matter affecting the human temperament or has it some conditions to be principally implemented. Need and Necessity should be practically implemented after the problems really occur and there may be no risk of any other danger or severe problem in implementation of the principles of Need and Necessity. These principles should strictly be confined to such condition with proper terms and conditions where no other solution of the problems may be available or found.
