Abstract

Justice is a comprehensive Islamic term which is linked to every walk of life.The system of the whole universe is based on justice. Everything in this universe is performing its duty within set parameters. The timely altreration of day and night and in time transition seasons is the proof of this natural system of justice. Even a slight deviation from justice results in desaster. To establish a system baced on justice in varios aspects of human life, divine teachings or revealed through prophets and messengers so that people may able to get their rights and spend a peaceful life freeing themselves of either extreme. In Quran Allah Almighty has ordered to establish justice and the Prophet(PBUH) of Allah Almighty also established justice through his words and actions. Justice is associated with individual, collective, economic, political, social and religious life of a person. Thus it is essential to establish the goals of Shariah. This research article highlights the importance of establishing justice to obtain the goal of Shariah.
