Abstract

"Maulana Abul Kalam Azad (1888-1958) was a practicing Muslim and he considered adoration a private matter between God and man. He was a unique and matchless writer of the subcontinent. His services to literature and politics can never be ignored and forgotten. The range of his traits as a literary writer, religious scholar, journalist and orator is very vast. This paper attempts to enlighten his political and literary contributions towards Sub-Continent."
