Abstract
Qira'at (Variant Readings is plural of Qira't, it means a set of different readings of the Quran transmitted by the reciters and attributed to a famous expert of them from the last half of 1st and 2nd century A.H. There is a strong relation between these variant reading and Fiqhi Ahkam as the Islamic scholars are on the opinion that Quran is the first and most authentic source of Shariah and the majority of Muslim scholars’ belief that tow Regular Variants is like two verses. In this research we will discuss the impact of Variants on the Fiqhi Ahkam and we will see the importance and role of different regular and irregular Variants of the Quran on these Ahkam, in addition to that we will know the methodology of sharia scholars in dealing with these Variants of the Quran.
