Abstract

The vast area of the world was ruled by the Muslims, and Islamic culture was the dominant civilization of that age. Gradually it had lost its identity and importance. In this age the existed Islamic states are facing diverse problems in different aspects of civilization such as political, social and economic aspects etc. to sustain and groom the Islamic civilization. The anti-Muslim powers are together to eliminate the Islamic civilization. In this era, the modern nations are trying to command the other nations by controlling their economy. Weak economy is the key problem of the Muslim world`s prosperity. One of the reasons of failure of Muslim world`s economy is that it has adopted the western economic system. Secondly, these Islamic countries are trying to rehabilitate their economy in western thought which is a wrong solution. Muslims are diverted from Islamic thought while Quran and Sunnah is the right path to overcome such problems. The aim of this manuscript is to explain the economic problems as well as their solution to strengthen the Islamic world`s economy in the light of Islamic thought.
