Abstract

In the last few years, the trend of research on corporate social responsibility (CSR) has increased, but the question of how employees perceive internal CSR is ignored. The extent of CSR literature has mainly focused on macro concepts rather than micro con-cepts. The objective of this study was to investigate the impact of internal corporate social responsibility on employees’ behavior through their attitude as micro analysis. Therefore, the present study has explored the indirect mechanism of perceived internal corporate social responsibility and organizational citizenship behavior through sequential mediation of perceived organizational support and organizational trust that helps in attaining the desired organizational goals as organizational citizenship behavior.
