Abstract
The kalmatyebba is the touch stone and criterion for the strengthen belief of all Muslims. This kalmatayeba if divided into two i.e depicts the dos and dons of Islamic sharia and االله محمدالرسول depicts, how to practice these dos and dons. All Mighty Allah imposed mankind to do justice so everyone should get what is rightfully to him .This justice will lead to a prosperous society .There is contradiction and differences in the opinion of Islamic scholars and clerics regarding the authenticity of the sources through which the confirmation of the proof is sought .Among those sources some are agreed upon such as Witness (Gawah), Adjuration (Qasam) ,Testimony (Shahadat) etc and some are disagreed upon like Evidence (Qareena), Physiognomy (Qiyafa) etc .The researcher decided to conduct a study in this particular aspect of the proof. Evidence (Qareena), has been approved as an authentic source of getting the proof in Quran, Sunnah and practices of Sahabbah. In the present era if the data interpreted through biometrics are considered proven facts through observation so biometrics: DNA, fingerprints, etc are also strong and valid Evidences (Qarain). Biometrics should also included in the tools of the establishing the proof. If these Evidences (Qarain) are not used for taking the decision in the cases of Hoodod and Qesaas but at least these biometrics can be used as supportive tools of investigation for other cases. The study has proved that Islam not only presents solutions for all the complicated matters of day to day life but also welcomes and accommodates new scientific innovations .This study is beneficial for all students, teachers and future researchers.
