This practice is also found among the adherents of other revealed religions and is practiced in ethically civilized societies till now. Furthermore, Pakistan’s Penal Code also does not provide any penalties for improper dress code. Constitution of Pakistan and Legal codes of Pakistan do not admonish or lay down penalties for gazing or staring for both men and women, and exhibiting of ornaments and finery by the women at public places.
